ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 1985 - SECT 17

17—Application for a licence

        (1)         A person may apply to the Minister for a licence under this Part.

        (2)         An application for a licence must—

            (a)         be made in the prescribed manner in a form approved by the Minister; and

            (b)         contain the prescribed information; and

            (c)         be accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
