South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations (1) In these
regulations—
"Act" means the Young Offenders Act 1993.
(2) In these
regulations, a reference to the "Training Centre Review
Board", or the " Board", if made in relation to a youth who is a recidivist
young offender, will be taken to be a reference to the Training Centre Review
Board sitting as the Youth Parole Board and constituted in accordance with
section 39(2)(b) of the Act.
